All right, I know that sometimes people, we are out there trying to change the world, and we get stuck against roadblocks and things that are hard. There are ups, and there are downs. And, I think for most of us, a lot of times, we turn to quotes to get us excited.

And there are four quotes that I found this week that meant a lot to me during times when I was struggling, times when I didn't want to wake up in the morning or times when I wanted to go to the next level. 

So I'm going to share with you guys four of my favorite quotes that hopefully will have as big an impact on you as they had on me, and I recommend reading these over and over again. And tag someone down below who you know is in the thick of it, who needs some help, needs that little push over the edge.

I hope that these quotes will help you as much as they help me. Theodore Roosevelt said, "The only man who never makes mistakes is the man who never does anything." This is such a cool quote, and it reminded me of another one of his quotes.
We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.
The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.
It's even longer, so I'm going to read it. It says, "It's not the critic who counts.  It's not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. 
If A is a success in life, then A equals x plus y plus z. Work is x; y is play; and z is keeping your mouth shut.
The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs, who comes short again and again because there's no effort without error and shortcoming.

So many of you, I know this, I've gone through this as well. You're out there, and you're trying, and you've got people who want you to fail, people you love who want you to go back to normal life, and they're hoping you like they want you to fall flat on your face.
They want you to live a normal life. And as you're trying to do things beyond yourself, they honestly are like, "I kinda hope they fail." Or the people who aren't going to like you. There are your haters who really do.
In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.
And I think when you understand this, this is something that's got me through so many times. In fact, the last of it here, where it says, "Then if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so his place will never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."

Like for all of us, you guys, as entrepreneurs, we're going out there, we're creating, we're trying, we're challenging, we're doing things, we're trying to create. Recently I did a podcast episode ranting on coaching client who was not doing things right, and I kind of, I may have got that person a little offended, and I think that some reasons it's hard to be coached because like you tell people what they need to know, even if they don't want to hear it, right? Recently, I was coaching Myron Golden.

Myron is like one of the most coachable people, and he asked my advice, and I gave him my advice, and it was completely different than what he thought. I said, "Sorry, I know that's not what you're asking for." He's like, "No, that's why I'm paying you." He's like, "If I knew what you were going to tell me, "I wouldn't have had to pay you."
The truth is that we can learn to condition our minds, bodies, and emotions to link pain or pleasure to whatever we choose. By changing what we link pain and pleasure to, we will instantly change our behaviors.
He's like, "I want your different advice, "That's what I'm paying you for." And I was wrestling, and I used to have a coach who would always harp on us like we'd be practising a move over and over again, he'd stop us he's like "You're doing it wrong." I'm like, "I'm making a move."
We are the only beings on the planet who lead such rich internal lives that it's not the events that matter most to us, but rather, it's how we interpret those events that will determine how we think about ourselves and how we will act in the future.

During a lot of times in my life where things have been down and been hard, and I've been struggling, I turned to Churchill so many times, and this is one of my favorite quotes talking about the war. If I would've known it would've been this long and windy, I probably wouldn't have gone on it. There were times like I said, when we went through, you know, I had to fire a hundred people in a day.
All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose.
There were times when I lost friends, and I lost family members that have worked here. I, so much of the stress and the twirl in the things he's talking about. But when you look at it, say look, victory is what we're going for. However long or hard, the road may be. That's the goal, that's where we're going. It gives you the force that you need to keep moving forward.
Teamwork is so important that it is virtually impossible for you to reach the heights of your capabilities or make the money that you want without becoming very good at it.
